Inclusive Yoga Classes
We’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Inclusive Yoga Sessions — gentle, welcoming classes suitable for all abilities and experience levels!
These sessions help children, teens, and adults develop body awareness, focus, and emotional balance through movement and mindfulness — all in a positive and inclusive space.


Kids and Teen Yoga (8-13)
Designed just for kids and teens, these fun and inclusive sessions encourage confidence, calm, and body awareness through guided movement and breathing.
When: Thursdays
Time: 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Where: BTS Hub
Prerequisites:

Able to participate in a group setting
Can follow along with instructions
No inappropriate behaviours
Adult Yoga 18+
Join us for relaxing, mindful yoga sessions that nurture movement, calm, and connection — a perfect midweek reset.
When: Mondays & Wednesdays
Times: 10:00–11:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Where: BTS Hub
Prerequisites:
• Able to participate in a group setting

Meet the Instructor
Melodie Jugedo holds a degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education, and is a former Ontario Board-certified teacher with 15 years of classroom experience.
After founding MPowered Wellness, she followed her passion for mindfulness, becoming a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher, as well as a Certified Practitioner in Reiki, Theta Healing, and Sound Healing.
Her teaching blends evidence-based mindfulness with heart-centred practices to create classes that support the mind, body, and soul.
Melodie believes that “community connection is the magic key to everyone thriving together.”
When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her enjoying crystals, dancing, singing, writing, and cozy family adventures with her husband, daughter, and cat.
