Jaclyn Buccitti

Jaclyn Buccitti is the Founder and Director of Beyond the Spectrum. She began this project more than 15 years ago. Her passion and motivation to aid individuals with developmental delays exudes through her dedication to her clients and growth within each one of them. Jaclyn possesses a Degree in Psychology, a Developmental Service Worker Diploma, a Behavioural Science Graduate Certification, and Management Essentials for Business amongst more certifications. Jaclyn has a passion for travelling. To practice self-care, she enjoys hiking and meditation.

Bawan Gosal

Bawan is an experienced board-certified behaviour analyst who works as a Supervised Senior Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at Beyond the Spectrum. Bawan is passionate about working with her clients to help them reach their full potential. She is a graduate from Western University with a Masters of Professional Education with field specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis and the University of Waterloo with a Joint Honours Bachelor of Science double major in biomedical science and psychology. In her time away from work, she enjoys travelling to various destinations around the world.

Bailey Leblanc

Bailey is a Supervised Senior Therapist at Beyond the Spectrum. She has always loved working with children, especially those with Autism. She originally began her journey supporting children as an inclusion counsellor in recreational settings, and quickly moved into the field of ABA. Bailey is passionate about supporting children and their families in reaching their goals and creating a fun and engaging learning environment. She possesses a bachelor’s degree in Health Studies from Western University, a Behavior Science Technician Diploma from George Brown College and is now pursuing a Master of Applied Disability Studies at Brock University. Bailey also loves hiking, swimming, rock climbing and anything outdoors!

Althea Frank Esho

Althea Frank Esho is the Clinical Director at Beyond The Spectrum. She holds a Master’s of Applied Disability Studies with a concentration in Applied Behavioural Analysis from Brock University, she is a Board Certified Behavioural Analyst and is also an approved Clinical Supervisor on the OAP provider list. Althea has been in the field for over 15 years and brings with her a breadth of experience and knowledge. Althea has always enjoyed working with children of all ages and abilities and working with their families on their journey to achieving their goals. Reading, music and dance are some of Althea’s other passions which she enjoys sharing with her two young children.

Recha Sood

Recha is a Supervised Senior Therapist at Beyond the Spectrum and is a BCaBA. She has been working with children and their families with ASD for the last 11 years and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Special Education to become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Her extensive knowledge paired with years of experience help to connect with children and youth of all abilities and to help them on their road to success. In her spare time, Recha enjoys crafting, meditation and spending time with her family.

Christina Raposo

Staff and Operations Manager

Christina Raposo brings a personal understanding of autism to her role as our Client and Staff Operations Manager at Beyond the Spectrum. Christina was an administrator and office manager in the construction industry, with over 12 years experience in residential construction. Driven by a deep sense of advocacy and determination to create a better world for her child and others like him, Christina redirected her professional focus towards autism awareness and support. Her firsthand experience navigating the complexities of autism within her family has equipped her with insights into the challenges and triumphs that individuals on the spectrum and their families encounter daily.  When she's not spending time with her family, you can catch her listening to comedy podcasts or watching Star Wars.

Our Supervised Instructor Therapists

At Beyond the Spectrum, our family of Supervised Instructor Therapists (SIT) have begun their journey in this field with a passion to help others. This passion grew to where they found a desire to make an impact with special needs individuals and their families. Working diligently, compassionately and with their whole heart every session.
 

All SITs complete intensive skills training when joining BTS and have an educational background in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field. They have or are in the process of attaining their Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) Certification.
