JACLYN BUCCITTI
​​ Owner & Director

Jaclyn Buccitti is the Founder and Director of Beyond the Spectrum. She began this project more than 15 years ago. Her passion and motivation to aid individuals with developmental delays exudes through her dedication to her clients and growth within each one of them. Jaclyn possesses a Degree in Psychology, a Developmental Service Worker Diploma, a Behavioural Science Graduate Certification, and Management Essentials for Business amongst more certifications. Jaclyn has a passion for travelling. To practice self-care, she enjoys hiking and meditation.

ALTHEA FRANK ESHO
Clinical Director

 Althea Frank Esho is the Clinical Director at Beyond The Spectrum. She holds a Master’s of Applied Disability Studies with a concentration in Applied Behavioural Analysis from Brock University, she is a Board Certified Behavioural Analyst and is also an approved Clinical Supervisor on the OAP provider list. Althea has been in the field for over 15 years and brings with her a breadth of experience and knowledge. Althea has always enjoyed working with children of all ages and abilities and working with their families on their journey to achieving their goals. Reading, music and dance are some of Althea’s other passions which she enjoys sharing with her two young children.

JELENA MUMOVIC
Clinical Supervisors

Jelena Mumovic is a Clinical Supervisor at Beyond the Spectrum. She has been in the field for 15 years working with children, youth and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. She holds a Masters Degree in Disability Studies, specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. 
Jelena enjoys bringing meaningful behaviour change and improving her client's quality of life by working collaboratively with her clients and their families. During her free time Jelena enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs and reading.

BAWAN GOSAL
Senior Therapist/Clinical Supervisor

Bawan Gosal is an experienced board-certified behaviour analyst who works as a senior therapist and clinical supervisor at Beyond the Spectrum. Bawan is passionate about working with her clients to help them reach their full potential. She is a graduate from Western University with a Masters of Professional Education with field specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis and the University of Waterloo with a Joint Honours Bachelor of Science double major in biomedical science and psychology. In her time away from work, Bawan enjoys travelling to various destinations around the world.

DIANA ALEJANDRA RADONIC
Senior Therapists

Diana Alejandra Radonic works as a Senior Therapist at Beyond the Spectrum. She is committed to her family, faith, and helping others. Her experience working with children and learning to help them further sparked her desire and dedication to helping families. Diana’s experience and professional pursuits have helped many families take extraordinary steps of growth and acceptance. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Additional training in ABA at Geneva Centre. Diana has her ESDM certification. Diana is in pursuit of her board certification to become at BCBA. She enjoys horseback riding and supporting her clients in their journeys.

ALLISON JAEGER
Senior Therapists

Allison Jaeger  is a BCaBA and has been working with Beyond the Spectrum as a Senior Therapist for 3 years. Her interest in human behaviour led her to pursue her psychology undergraduate degree from Western University and postgraduate degree in Behaviour Technology from Humber College. To practise self-care you can often find her watering her many house plants or exploring new places.

ALYSSA METCALFE
Remote Junior Supervising Therapist

Alyssa Metcalfe is a Remote Junior Supervising Therapist with Beyond the Spectrum. She has always been passionate about working with children. She is compassionate about being able to help children on the spectrum live up to their potential, this is a dream come true for Alyssa. She has background in Kinesiology and Behaviour Science. Alyssa is working on getting Her Master’s and hopes to one day be a clinical supervisor. Alyssa’s favorite way to unwind in her off time is going for hikes with her friends and dog.

BAILEY LEBLANC
Junior Supervising Therapist

Bailey Leblanc is a Junior Supervising Therapist at Beyond the Spectrum. She has always loved working with children, especially those with Autism. Originally Bailey began her journey supporting children as an inclusion counsellor in recreational settings, and quickly moved into the field of ABA. Bailey is passionate about supporting children and their families in reaching their goals and creating a fun and engaging learning environment. Bailey possesses a bachelor’s degree in Health Studies from Western University, a Behavior Science Technician Diploma from George Brown College and is now pursuing a Master of Applied Disability Studies at Brock University. Bailey also loves hiking, swimming, rock climbing and anything outdoors!

NICOLE BEDNARSKI
Care Coordinators

Nicole Bednarski is a currently a university student who volunteers her time with Beyond the Spectrum. She aids in activity coordinating and material preparation tasks for the BTS family. She also aids in administrative duties whenever the opportunity arises. She is a charismatic and hardworking individual who contributes to our team in a variety of ways.

REBECA SCHVARTZMAN
Speech-Language Pathologist

Rebeca Schvartzman is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Beyond the Spectrum. She is a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and has over twenty years experience working in both government funded preschool speech and language programs and in private settings.

 

At Beyond the Spectrum our family of Instructor Therapists have begun their journey in this field with a passion to help others. This passion grew to where they found a desire to make an impact with special needs individuals and their families. Working diligently, compassionately and with their whole heart every session.
 

All therapists complete intensive skills training when joining BTS and have an educational background in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field. They have or are in the process of attaining their Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) Certification.
